Each microwell contains 2 μm through holes at the bottom. Due to these holes, the fluid flows down from upstream side to downstream side by aspirating with pipette.
The cell drifts down with the flow and locates in microwell.

Add cell suspension into center chamber.

Aspirate buffer from side port.
