This shows images (objective 5x) acquired with Operetta CSL. HepG2 cells were loaded into SIEVEWELL Slide Hex50, finxed and stained with DAPI and FITC-Phalloidin.
DAPI channel images were analyzed with Harmony software. In case of objective 5x image, 2,000 nanowells were detected and each cells in each nanowell were detected.
In case of objective 20x, 100 nanowell was detected in single image.
