ウェルの下層部分は流路状になっています

サイドポートから吸引することで、細胞播種エリアから両側へ溶液の流れが発生します

サイドポートから溶液を吸引する際、細胞はこの溶液の流れに乗ってナノウェルに格納されます

細胞が格納されたナノウェルは溶液の流れが抑えられ、格納されていない細胞は流れのあるウェルに向かいます

このメカニズムによって、ポアソン分布よりも高いシングルセル格納率を達成しています
