心筋細胞の培養、カルシウムイメージング

iPS 細胞由来心筋細胞 CarmyA-GCaMP（マイオリッジ社）の培養、カルシウムイメージングを行った。CarmyA-GCaMPは、カルシウムセンサーである GCaMP を恒常的に発現した iPS 細胞由来心筋細胞である。

  • 20 μmタイプのSIEVEWELL™に格納した浮遊状態のシングルセル心筋細胞のカルシウムイメージング
  • 50 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に格納した浮遊状態のシングルセル心筋細胞のカルシウムイメージング
  • 50 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に格納した心筋細胞スフェロイドの拍動
  • 50 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に格納した心筋細胞スフェロイドのカルシウムイメージング
  • ラミニン-511をコーティングした50 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に播種した接着状態の心筋細胞のカルシウムイメージング
  • ラミニン-511をコーティングした50 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に播種した接着状態の心筋細胞の拍動
  • ラミニン-511をコーティングした20 μmタイプの SIEVEWELL™ に播種した接着状態の心筋細胞のカルシウムイメージング
