Tissue dissociation on chip
Direct dissociation of mouse tissue was performed to capture dissociated cells.
1 mm piece of mouse spleen was placed on SIEVEWELL. Dispase II solution was added into SIEVEWELL and incubated for 1 hour.
Undigested connective tissue was found after enzymic dissociation.
Dissociated cells were captured on each nanowell.
